Dortmund, 05.02.2018 - The Dortmund specialist for IP-based communication solutions is once again supporting the Agile.Ruhr Camp, which is now taking place for the fourth time in Essen's Unperfekthaus.
The market leader for Unified Communications & Collaboration solutions for medium-sized businesses relies on such open conference formats to motivate employees, students and professionals to exchange ideas and change perspectives. Agile.Ruhr's main focus as a successful BarCamp is the exchange about agility, lean, scrum etc. and communication at eye level.
Without a pre-defined agenda, every participant can become an active attendant and spontaneously offer his or her view on topics in the form of a session.
Innovation through exchange
The exchange and the completely different perspectives of the sessions create an event from which each participant can take positive impulses into his company and thus spread the idea of agility.
This is one of the reasons for Swyx's commitment: "We support this idea of agile work, encourage the participation of our employees in such event formats and are happy about the new impulses and innovative ideas that will be brought to us", says Martin Claßen, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Swyx Solutions AG.
"At the BarCamp, we not only rely on meeting experts, but also encourage our employees to actively participate in the Agile.Ruhr themselves. The change of perspective and the exchange with other experts enrich our company and every individual", says the CTO of the European-wide Unified Communications specialist.
European Success Story from the Ruhr Area
Agile.Ruhr is the largest BarCamp in the Ruhr area and the CTO of Swyx sees this as an additional motivation for Swyx's commitment and for the participation of as many Swyx employees as possible: "Our entrepreneurial growth prospects are clearly also in Europe - but we don't forget that Swyx as a healthy company was founded here in the Ruhr area and has become the number one. That's why we continue to support events and initiatives here on the ground."
